Learn about what to expect when you attend one of our Live Zoom Webinars. We make it easy to attend and earn your CE Credits. 

Live CE Webinars - What to Expect

Zoom Meeting Codes are sent by email to registered attendees 3 days prior to each training. If you have not received the codes within one day of a training you are registered for, please check your inbox and your spam folder then email us at info@elevatece.com

Live Webinar CE Course Enrollment

  • You can register quickly and easily on our website for multiple Live Zoom Webinars at one time. Visit our Live Webinars page to view our current course topics & dates. ​

  • Add courses to your cart.

  • Ready to checkout? View your cart in the upper right corner of the screen and checkout. 

  • After submitting your information and payment, you should immediately receive a confirmation email and receipt for your purchase.

    • If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder and then email info@elevatece.com to ensure your registration went through. 

      • Not sure if you're registered? DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION/PAYMENT AGAIN. Email us first to check if you are registered.​

  • Congratulations, you're registered for a live webinar training! Add your training(s) to your calendar and remember all live webinar course timing is Eastern Time

 

Before the CE Training

Zoom codes will be emailed to you three days prior to the training date. Save this email for reference on the day of the training. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the Zoom codes email. Still can't find it? Email info@elevatece.com if you have not received your Zoom email within one day of the training.​


Please note: Zoom codes are only sent by email and are not available by logging into an account. Account logins are only for On-Demand/Recorded Webinars.

Handouts and training slides are sent one day prior to the training. You may wish to print the handouts to keep with you during the training for reference/note taking, but if you do not have a printer available you are not required to do so.

Make sure your device is ready:

  • Restart your device and perform all necessary updates ahead of time.​

  • Make sure your device is fully charged (if applicable).

  • Make sure the Zoom application is downloaded on your device.

  • Have the Zoom codes email nearby so you're ready to login to the training.

 

During the CE Training

  • Doors open in Zoom 15 minutes before the training start time (e.g., if training begins at 8:45am ET, doors open at 8:30am ET). Prior to this time attendees will be in the Zoom waiting room.

  • Please login to Zoom 10-15 minutes before the training start time (e.g., if start time is 8:45am ET - please login no later than 8:35am ET. 

  • When you enter into the Zoom training you will hear music and see a welcome screen. You can say hello in the chat and as long as you can see what is on the screen and hear the music, you are all set.

  • At the start of the training our staff will play an instructional video and then will launch a poll in Zoom to allow all attendees to complete our virtual sign-in sheet.

  • Additional attendance checks will take place during the training as well to ensure attendees are present at their device.

  • The training will begin promptly at the posted start time with important announcements from the Elevate CE staff.

  • Trainings often are largely lecture-based, but audience participation is encouraged via chat, Q&A, and polling.​

CE Requirements

  1. Log into the training (Zoom) on time or early.​

  2. Complete the virtual sign-in poll at the start of the training.

  3. Attend training in full and participate.

    • This means being logged into Zoom and at your device throughout the entire training. (Elevate CE checks the Zoom logs for full attendance)

  4. Complete attendance checks via polling during the training.

  5. Complete online sign-out/evaluation at conclusion of the training (poll or link provided by Elevate CE staff in Zoom)

    • 15 minute timeframe is given to complete or begin sign-out/evaluation

If all of the above criteria are met, your CE credit certificate will be emailed to you within 7 days of training completion or sooner.

If ANY of the above criteria are not met, you may have CE credits deducted from your certificate or you may not be able to receive any credits at all. Anyone who has not fulfilled the requirements will be contacted by email.

If you are having any difficulty with completing any of the CE requirements, please email info@elevatece.com to let us know you have experienced an issue.

After the Training 

Getting Your Certificate

Certificates are emailed to attendees at the email address provided in the evaluation/sign-out form at the end of the training. 

If all of the above CE requirements criteria are met, your CE certificate will be emailed to you within 1 day of the training or sooner (often certificates are sent within 1-2 hours after the end of the training).

If you have not received your certificate by 5pm two business days after the training date, please first recheck your email, check your Spam, Junk, and Trash folders and then send us an email at info@elevatece.com or submit our Contact Form to let us know you are unable to locate your certificate.

​

Our staff may reach out to you via email during or after the training if we have any questions in regards to your attendance. Please reply to these emails ASAP in order to expedite your certificate.

LIVE ZOOM TRAINING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION​

 

Course Interaction & System Requirements: 

This live webinar is fully interactive and will take place via Zoom. Attendees may ask and answer questions throughout the presentation and participate in instructor-led discussions.


Minimum System requirements:

  • An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)

  • A computer or device to watch AND listen to the training as well as type questions or responses into the Zoom chat function (view full list of compatible devices and supported operating systems

Strongly Recommended: 

  • Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth

  • A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in, or:
