Simplified Evaluation Method: To streamline the evaluation process, we have implemented a new, simplified evaluation method directly within the training. You no longer need to visit a separate online form to complete the evaluation. This update allows you to conveniently provide feedback and insights while still immersed in the course content, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Course Completion Made Easier: We have eliminated the need for a course evaluation completion code. Previously, participants had to locate and enter a code upon completing the evaluation. Now, you can effortlessly submit your evaluation without any additional steps or codes, finish your training, and receive your certificate. This is all within the same learning platform and we hope will provide a more seamless experience for our course participants. We value your feedback and want to make it as straightforward as possible for you to share your thoughts on the course and complete your training.
Updated Instructional Video: To assist you with any common issues you may encounter during the course, we have updated our instructional video. This video serves as a valuable resource, guiding you through potential challenges and offering solutions to ensure a smooth learning experience. We want to empower you to make the most out of your training journey and overcome any hurdles you may face along the way.
NBCC (National Board for Certified Counselors) Credit Hours Now Offered: We are excited to inform you that our live Zoom and on-demand courses now offer NBCC Credit Hours! We understand the importance of acquiring CE credit hours that you can rely upon to be accepted by your licensing board. In addition to NBCC, we still offer ASWB ACE CE Credit Hours, Maryland Social Work Credits, and DC Social Work Credits.
